Fox Creek Lodge

This 4-bedroom, 2 bathroom house is a completely renovated 1850’s farm house that borders Maryland’s Fishing Bay Wildlife Management area. The Fox Creek Lodge property includes 230-acres of private marsh open only to nature enthusiasts, bird-watchers, kayakers, canoeists and sportsmen.

The house is suited to cater to outdoor adventurers that do not require a lot of frills and enjoy a rustic atmosphere. The rooms are cheery and clean. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances, cooking and tableware. The downstairs is a “come in as you are”, but the upstairs bedrooms are off-limits to soiled clothing or equipment. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioners. There is a large out-building for equipment (e.g., bicycles, kayaks, canoes) storage and repair. All linens and towels provided but there is no daily maid service. Rental includes current up-to-date maps of scenic county walking, waterways, and bicycle trails. Sleeps up to 10.
